Growing up, I read all The Baby-Sitter Club books by Ann M. Martin. I learned that Ms. Martin would make an index card for each book she read with her thoughts on it. I decided to do that with Rachel's Report. Sometimes I forget to keep up with it, but I do my best.

I really enjoy great modern literature like Bel Canto and State of Wonder by Ann Patchett and The Palace Thief by Ethan Canin. I also eat up historical fiction like The Signature of All Things by Elizabeth Gilbert and The Kitchen House by Kathleen Grissom. I like to read everything, from the Harry Potter series to John Grisham.
